  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Promote and sell Charter Communications' products and services, including television, internet, and phone packages.
  4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and services.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of current and upcoming products and services.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to effectively communicate with customers.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products.
  10. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
