Retail Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions and product recommendations to meet their needs.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
3. Ensure all sales transactions are completed accurately and customer information is captured correctly.
4. Provide technical support to customers when needed.
5. Generate sales reports and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Stay up to date on product and service offerings and pricing.
7. Participate in promotional activities and campaigns.
8. Maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
9. Monitor stock levels and ensure store shelves are adequately stocked.
10. Assist with training and development of new sales staff.
