Job Description

As the QA Lead at Charter Communications, you will be responsible for leading a team of testers as they develop, execute, and assess quality assurance test plans. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and other QA personnel to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software testing, automation, and performance testing. You should also be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.We're looking for an individual who is eager to take on a challenge and can lead a team to success. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of testers in the development, execution, and assessment of quality assurance test plans.
  2. Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and other QA personnel to ensure product meets highest standards of quality.
  3. Utilize a strong background in software testing, automation, and performance testing.
  4. Possess detail-oriented problem-solving and communication skills.
  5. Lead team to success.
  6. Respond to customer complaints or inquiries regarding quality assurance issues.
  7. Monitor and report on team performance.
  8. Ensure that all tests are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Develop strategies for improving the overall quality assurance process.
  10. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and best practices.
