We are seeking a Principal Engineer I to join our team as a Wireless Service Assurance Platform Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for our wireless service assurance platform. We are looking for an experienced and driven individual with a strong background in wireless technologies and service assurance.   1. Develop and implement strategies for the wireless service assurance platform to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs in order to continuously improve the wireless service assurance platform.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  4. Lead the design, development, and testing of new features and enhancements for the wireless service assurance platform.
  5. Monitor and analyze platform performance and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations and solutions to address any issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date with advancements in wireless technologies and industry best practices to ensure the platform remains competitive and cutting-edge.
  7. Create and maintain documentation for the wireless service assurance platform, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.
  8. Train and mentor team members on the use and functionality of the wireless service assurance platform.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and incorporate it into platform development and improvement.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all aspects of platform development and management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Wireless Network Technologies, Including Lte, 5G, And Wi-Fi Protocols.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans For Service Assurance Platforms In A Large-Scale Telecommunications Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Operations And Service Assurance Methodologies, Including Fault Management, Performance Monitoring, And Network Optimization.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or Related Field, With A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Wireless Service Assurance Or Network Engineering. Advanced Degree Or Industry Certifications (E.g. Ccna, Ccnp) Preferred.
