Strong Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations Related To Land Use And Development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Urban Planning, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Planning Or Project Management Role, Preferably In Telecommunications Or Related Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Experience In Budget Planning And Financial Analysis, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects Within Budget Constraints.
