Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations Related To Land Use And Development.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Urban Planning, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Planning Or Project Management Role, Preferably In Telecommunications Or Related Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Budget Planning And Financial Analysis, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects Within Budget Constraints.
