Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and driven individual to join our team as the Manager of Social Media Content at Charter Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and build brand awareness across various platforms. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a crucial role in creating and curating compelling content that resonates with our target audience. We are seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.   1. Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  2. Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  3. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our target audience.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content aligns with brand messaging and campaigns.
  5. Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools to ensure timely and consistent posting.
  6. Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and drive engagement.
  7. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously optimize our social media strategy.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other relevant partners to expand our social media reach.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of social media content creators and strategists.
  10. Develop and manage the social media budget to effectively allocate resources and maximize ROI.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all social media content is on-brand and adheres to company guidelines.
  12. Collaborate with customer service teams to address any social media inquiries, comments, or concerns.
  13. Continuously monitor and improve social media crisis management protocols.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on industry trends.
  15. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on social media performance and strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Social Media Content Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Social Media Campaigns.

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Their Analytics.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Compelling Content.
