- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and market share targets in the mid-market segment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and increase customer acquisition in the mid-market segment.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential opportunities for business expansion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to strengthen the company's position in the market.
- Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor and review sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and build relationships with potential customers.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Sales, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Management Role, Preferably In The Mid-Market Sector.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
