Job Description

Charter Communications is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as Manager, Multi Tenant Sales. We are looking for a professional with strong organizational and communication skills to serve as a bridge between our multi tenant sales team and the rest of the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a leader, be proactive, and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders.The successful candidate will be required to have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing or business, a minimum of five years’ experience in a sales role, and a demonstrated track record of success in driving multi tenant sales. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to analyze data and trends, and have a strong understanding of the multi tenant sales process.

Responsibilites:

  1. Lead and manage multi tenant sales team to ensure goals and objectives are met.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize multi tenant sales.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  4. Analyze data and trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
  5. Develop and implement multi tenant sales process.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports and updates to upper management.
  7. Create and monitor budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
  8. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and address any complaints or concerns.
  10. Provide ongoing training and support for multi tenant sales team members.
