Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join the Multi Tenant Sales team at Charter Communications. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of sales and customer service experience. As Manager, Multi Tenant Sales, you will be responsible for coordinating sales goals and objectives, building relationships with customers, and developing strategies for growth. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, as well as have a deep understanding of sales and customer service principles. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives to meet organizational goals.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and drive sales growth.
  4. Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  5. Develop and execute customer service initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Develop and implement programs to enhance customer loyalty and increase sales.
  7. Manage the budget for the Multi Tenant Sales team and ensure costs are effectively managed.
  8. Oversee the selection and onboarding of new sales personnel and provide ongoing training and development.
  9. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales and customer service strategies.
  10. Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
