  1. Develop and implement media governance policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Analyze and evaluate current media policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes.
  3. Monitor and stay updated on changes in media regulations and industry trends to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement media strategies that align with business objectives.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to media governance policies and identify any potential risks or gaps.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies to stay informed and influence policy changes.

  11. Lead and manage a team of media governance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  12. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and other departments to ensure all media activities are in line with company policies and procedures.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on media governance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  14. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve media governance processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Media Studies, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Media Governance And Strategy, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Policies And Industry Standards Related To Media Content And Distribution.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Present Complex Information To Stakeholders.
