  1. Oversee the Data Center's Network Operations team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the data center network.
  2. Lead and manage a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize network performance, reliability, and security.
  4. Monitor network operations and proactively identify and resolve any issues or potential problems.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement network upgrades, expansions, and new initiatives.
  6. Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve network operations.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  9. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for network equipment and services.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and development opportunities for team members.
  11. Handle budget planning and management for network operations.
  12. Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates on network operations and address any concerns or issues.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for network operations.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of network operations.
  15. Act as a technical escalation point for complex network issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Network Operations, Preferably In A Data Center Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Protocols, Routing, Switching, And Security.

  • Experience Managing A Team Of Network Engineers And Technicians.

  • Knowledge Of Data Center Infrastructure And Operations, Including Server Hardware, Storage Systems, And Virtualization Technologies.
