Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Manager of Data & Reporting at Charter Communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of data and reporting systems and ensuring accuracy of data. The ideal candidate must have a combination of technical and business acumen, strong organizational and communication skills, as well as an ability to work with various stakeholders within the organization.To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a data and/or reporting role. Experience with databases, data analysis, and reporting tools, such as SQL and Tableau, is also a must.We seek a passionate professional with a high degree of personal accountability and attention to detail, the ability to think strategically, and a commitment to drive solutions through to completion. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, maintain, and optimize data and reporting systems.
  2. Establish accurate data collection systems and procedures.
  3. Monitor data quality and accuracy to ensure accuracy of data.
  4. Leverage data to generate insights and inform decision-making processes.
  5. Utilize database and data analysis software, such as SQL and Tableau, to retrieve and analyze data.
  6. Support data-driven initiatives and projects, including creating reports and presentations.
  7. Develop and implement effective data governance and security policies.
  8. Collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization to ensure successful data and reporting operations.
  9. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for data and reporting processes.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to data and reporting.
