Job Description

Provides guidance and education in the interpretation and application of BI products. Communicates data integrity issues, nuances, and insights to all levels of the company in a clear and concise manner. Maintains Key Operating Metric definitions and owns BI single source of truth reporting. Monitors and manages requests from the business to the Business Intelligence Group. Ability to query data comfortably to provide information requested by business users. Presents data in a fashion that is easily consumable with proper documentation for successful user adoption. Ensure the proper hands-offs and coordination between BI Project teams, Data Architecture Team, Prod Operations, stakeholders and external providers. Creates and maintains report documentation, data dictionary, and training materials for customers. Ensures leadership in BI and customers are aware of project status in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications
  • 7+ years of IT experience in the areas of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence

  • 5+ years experience in providing data integration solutions in large-scale enterprise

  • Experience in interacting with databases through SQL

  • In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure such as servers and storage systems, operating systems, virtualization platforms, and disaster recovery tools
