  1. Lead and manage a team of data analysts to drive data insights and strategies for Charter Communications.
  2. Develop and implement data analysis processes and procedures to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and provide data-driven solutions.
  4. Utilize advanced statistical and analytical techniques to extract insights and trends from large data sets.
  5. Establish and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
  6. Communicate complex data insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in data analytics.
  9. Work closely with senior management to align data insights with overall business strategies and goals.
  10. Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights and recommendations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Statistics, Or Business Intelligence.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Insights, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Management And Analysis Tools, Such As Sql, Tableau, And Python.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Present Data Insights To Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Using Data Insights To Drive Business Decisions And Improve Overall Performance.
