Manager, Corporate Physical Security

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement physical security policies, procedures, and systems to protect company personnel, assets, and information.
2. Monitor and evaluate physical security operations at Charter facilities.
3. Stay up to date on security technologies and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Manage physical security personnel and ensure their compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Provide strategic guidance and oversee security initiatives.
6. Respond to security incidents and escalate as necessary.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other security providers.
8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to physical security.
9. Investigate security breaches and take corrective action.
10. Track security budget and report on security-related expenditures.
