  1. Lead and manage a team of business intelligence analysts to drive strategic decision making.
  2. Analyze and interpret data to identify key trends and insights that will inform business strategies.
  3. Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to support business operations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence tools and techniques.
  6. Oversee data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all systems.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Train and mentor team members in data analysis and business intelligence best practices.
  9. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  10. Monitor and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of business strategies.
  11. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the business intelligence team.

Job Qualifications
