Job Description

Do you have what it takes to lead Charter Communications’ Business Continuity Analytics team? We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Manager to join our dynamic team and help ensure the continued success of our organization. This exciting opportunity requires a leader who can manage the day-to-day operations of the Business Continuity Analytics team, develop and implement strategies to protect our assets, and monitor and report on progress. We are looking for someone with superb organizational skills and an eye for detail who can make sure that the team is working effectively and efficiently.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen understanding of data analytics and business continuity principles. A successful candidate should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity management and analytics, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, and a proven track record of driving successful projects and initiatives within a team environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Business Continuity Analytics team.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to protect our assets.
  3. Monitor and report on progress.
  4. Ensure the team is working effectively and efficiently.
  5. Communicate with key stakeholders.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
  7. Utilize data analytics to inform decisions impacting the team.
  8. Develop and implement plans for business continuity in the event of a disaster.
  9. Maintain industry knowledge and stay up to date on best practices.
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
