Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with a variety of customers in the telecommunications industry • Identify customer needs and develop solutions that increase customer loyalty and satisfaction • Monitor customer accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers • Utilize sales and negotiation skills to close deals • Work independently to identify and develop new business opportunities • Update customer records and track progress on closed deals • Utilize effective problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
