Major Account Manager

We’re looking for a Major Account Manager to join the Charter Communications team! As a Major Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for our large corporate customers. You will be responsible for driving customer loyalty and establishing long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. A background in sales, account management, or customer service is a plus.
