Job Description

Charter Communications, a world-leading telecommunications and media provider, is looking for a talented Major Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key accounts, managing and growing our customer base, and driving revenue. To be successful, you must have a proven track record of sales success and account management with the ability to develop and implement strategies that will increase revenue and customer satisfaction. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong customer service focus, and an ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, you must be motivated, organized, and possess a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
  2. Manage and grow customer base
  3. Drive revenue growth
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  5. Provide excellent customer service
  6. Build relationships with stakeholders
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data
  8. Generate reports on sales performance
  9. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products/services
  11. Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings

  13. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
