Job Description

Charter Communications is looking for a talented and ambitious Major Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and developing high-value client relationships, developing and executing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, and ensuring customer success. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to think strategically. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage relationships with high-value clients to increase customer satisfaction and success.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and success.
  4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities to improve service and customer satisfaction.
  5. Monitor customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and resolve any customer service issues.
  6. Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer success goals are achieved.
  7. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on customer satisfaction and success.
  8. Utilize knowledge of Charter Communications products and services to recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological developments to ensure customer success.
