1. Lead and execute audits of Charter Communications' cyber and IT systems to ensure security and integrity of operations.
2. Utilize expertise in cyber and IT auditing to develop and implement audit plans and procedures.
3. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing cyber and IT controls and identify areas for improvement.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams and departments to understand and assess potential risks and vulnerabilities.
5. Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to management and stakeholders.
6. Create comprehensive and accurate audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in cyber and IT auditing.
8. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in cyber and IT auditing.
9. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
10. Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide cyber and IT policies and procedures.
11. Identify and report on emerging cyber and IT risks and threats to senior management.
12. Assist in the development and maintenance of a robust cyber and IT risk management framework.
13. Maintain strict confidentiality of all audit information and findings.
14. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of the cyber and IT audit program.
