Instructional Technology Architect

Charter Communications is seeking an experienced Instructional Technology Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to communicate effectively and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in technology, instructional design, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field. They should also have experience using a variety of technology platforms and tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or Lectora. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have exceptional organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver innovative instructional technology solutions to support learning and development initiatives.
2. Utilize a variety of technology platforms and tools to support learning initiatives.
3. Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of learning initiatives.
4. Remain up-to-date on emerging instructional technology trends and best practices.
5. Create and maintain documentation to support instructional technology initiatives.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional technology solutions.
7. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with instructional technology solutions.
8. Assist in the development of training materials and other resources for instructional technology initiatives.
9. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and other partners to ensure successful implementation of learning initiatives.
10. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the security and reliability of instructional technology solutions.
