  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and concerns from employees.
  2. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal laws.
  3. Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews.
  4. Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  5. Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate and timely enrollment and changes.
  6. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files.
  7. Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee development programs and initiatives.
  8. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  9. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, and recommend appropriate actions.
  10. Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.
  11. Stay up-to-date with current HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
  12. Act as a liaison between employees and management to promote positive communication and a supportive work culture.
  13. Participate in special HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
  14. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
  15. Uphold the company's core values and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Generalist Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeo.

  • Experience With Hris Systems, Payroll Processing, And Employee Relations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
