  1. Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
  2. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
  3. Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  4. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  5. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in a fair and consistent manner.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
  7. Collaborate with department managers to ensure proper staffing levels and address any staffing needs.
  8. Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records of employee information.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Maintain a positive and inclusive work culture through organizing team-building activities and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  12. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  13. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  14. Stay informed on changes in human resource laws and regulations and update company policies accordingly.
  15. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by HR management.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably As A Generalist
