- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the company.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure they align with company values and requirements.
- Facilitate onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.
- Advise and assist managers in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring they are competitive and in line with company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the areas of HR and talent management.
- Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives and promote a culture of inclusivity within the company.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Stay informed of changes in laws and regulations related to HR to ensure company compliance.
- Continuously strive to improve and streamline HR processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Generalist Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Hris Systems And Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Work Effectively With All Levels Of Employees.
Experience In Recruitment, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
