Field Technician

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Field Technician to join our team at Charter Communications. As a Field Technician, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch customer service while installing and repairing our products and services. You must be a problem solver who is comfortable troubleshooting a variety of technical issues and be able to communicate clearly with our customers.To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of telecoms systems and equipment, as well as experience in customer service.
