Job Description

Are you a highly-motivated and experienced Field Technician looking for the opportunity to join a rapidly-growing company? Charter Communications is looking for an organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and troubleshooting high-speed data services to Charter Communications customers. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and have a strong technical aptitude.We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service and is eager to learn and grow with us. Required Qualifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Strong technical aptitude • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver and troubleshoot high-speed data services to Charter Communications customers
  2. Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  3. Work independently with minimal supervision
  4. Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  5. Display strong technical aptitude
  6. Maintain valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  7. Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest technology and products
  8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  9. Document service reports and maintenance logs
  10. Perform regular maintenance and repair on customer equipment
