Field Technician

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Charter Communications’ digital and/or analog networks
• Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve network and service issues
• Provide outstanding customer service while responding to customer inquiries and needs
• Work independently and collaboratively with other team members
• Adhere to industry standards and company policies related to network and service installation
• Maintain accurate records of network and service installations and troubleshooting efforts
• Stay current with emerging technology and industry trends
