Field Technician

The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated and highly organized individual with excellent technical skills and knowledge. The Field Technician will troubleshoot, install, and repair services for customers. The individual in this role should be able to work independently and collaboratively with coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction.The successful Field Technician will have a technical aptitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to customer sites. A two year college degree in a field related to computer technology or a related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is an asset. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
