
Field Technician
At Charter Communications, we are looking for an experienced, reliable Field Technician to join our team. We are seeking an individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a telecommunications environment and possess a broad knowledge of fiber optics and cable systems. Our Field Technician must be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner, and be able to communicate effectively with customers. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, installing and repairing cable systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
