Job Description

Charter Communications is seeking an experienced, motivated Field Technician to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and has the technical skills and knowledge to provide the best service possible. As a Field Technician, you’ll be responsible for providing on-site technical services and support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software.The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of technical concepts, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate should also possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from customer sites.
