We’re looking for an outstanding Enterprise Technical Support Specialist to join the Charter Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class organization and work with cutting-edge technology.In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers on a wide variety of technical topics. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with their networks and services, and you’ll have to be able to provide fast, accurate, and comprehensive solutions.We’re looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a technical aptitude.
