The successful candidate will provide technical support to our enterprise customers, ensuring that problems are quickly identified and resolved. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our organization and will be responsible for maintaining uptime and reliability for our customers.In order to be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as a strong technical aptitude. You should have experience troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as in-depth knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. The ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies is also essential.We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate individual with a commitment to providing the best possible service to our customers.
