Job Description

Charter Communications is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Enterprise Technical Support professional to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a passion for technology and troubleshooting who is eager to help our customers with their technical needs. The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a strong technical background, and a dedication to providing the best experience possible.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in IT support, network engineering, or a similar role• Advanced knowledge of network architectures, routing protocols, switching, firewalls, and other IT components• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly and accurately• Proven ability to work with customers in a professional and courteous manner• Experience with enterprise-level technologies such as VMware, RHEL, and Windows Server• Strong understanding of cloud computing and cybersecurity best practices• Excellent communication and organizational skillsIf you are an experienced IT professional looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply to become a part of our team.
