Charter Communications is looking for an experienced Enterprise Technical Support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and a successful customer experience.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be a team player and have a strong technical background. You should have a thorough understanding of networking, hardware, software and Internet concepts.
