Job Description

At Charter Communications, we are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our Enterprise Technical Support team. This position requires an individual with a strong technical background and the ability to quickly troubleshoot complex technical issues. We are seeking a professional with excellent communication and customer service skills to provide support to our enterprise customers. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment. If you have the necessary qualifications and are looking for an opportunity to join an established and successful team, we want to hear from you!Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred• 5+ years of experience in technical support and/or engineering• Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Knowledge of network architecture, routing, and switching• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
