This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team that is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our enterprise customers.As an Enterprise Technical Support specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, fielding customer inquiries, and providing assistance with installation and setup. You should be comfortable troubleshooting a variety of technical issues and be able to provide high-level customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as a passion for helping customers.
