  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
  2. Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  3. Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet sales targets and objectives.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Proactively identify and address client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific business needs.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  7. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  8. Prepare and present regular reports to management on account performance, sales activities, and client satisfaction.
  9. Ensure timely and accurate billing and collection of payments from clients.
  10. Maintain a deep understanding of Charter Communications' products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, and share insights and recommendations with clients to enhance their experience.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing Charter Communications to clients.
