  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise accounts to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand our customer base.
  3. Develop and execute strategic account plans to effectively manage and grow enterprise accounts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  5. Act as the main point of contact for enterprise accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  6. Proactively identify and address any customer concerns or issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth.
  8. Utilize sales data and metrics to analyze account performance and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Prepare and present regular account reviews to senior management, highlighting key accomplishments and identifying areas for improvement.
  10. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activity, including sales, customer interactions, and account information.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge in account management and sales.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Sales Experience In The Telecommunications Industry, Preferably With Enterprise Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Accounts.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Pitch Products And Services To C-Level Executives.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry And Current Market Trends, With The Ability To Identify New Business Opportunities And Develop Strategic Account Plans.
