  1. Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention with Charter Communications.
  2. Actively prospect and identify new enterprise clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  5. Conduct thorough account analysis to identify potential areas for growth and develop strategic account plans to achieve sales goals.
  6. Act as a primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  8. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and agreements with enterprise clients.

  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns and promotions to drive sales.
  11. Represent Charter Communications at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Enterprise Account Manager At Charter Communications Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Sales Experience, Preferably In The Telecommunications Or Technology Industry. This Includes A Demonstrated Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets, Build And Maintain Strong Customer Relationships, And Effectively Communicate Complex Solutions To Clients.

This Includes The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients, As Well As Collaborate With Internal Teams And Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Also Have Excellent Written Communication Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Creating Proposals, Reports, And Other Client-Facing Documents.

  • Strategic Thinking: Charter Communications Is A Leader In The Telecommunications Industry, And The Enterprise Account Manager Should Possess A Strategic Mindset To Help Drive The Growth And Success Of The Company. This Includes The Ability To Identify New Business Opportunities, Develop And Execute Account Plans, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Meet Revenue Targets.
