
Desktop Support Specialist
Charter Communications is searching for a passionate Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of maintaining our customer-facing computers and ensuring our customers have a smooth experience. We are looking for a technically-minded individual who can troubleshoot any issue that may arise and is comfortable working with a variety of computer systems. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for technology, this is the role for you.To be considered for this position, you must have at least two years of experience working with desktop systems, a basic understanding of networking and network protocols, and excellent customer service skills. Beyond that, you must have a deep understanding of Windows and Mac OS, be able to solve complex technical problems, and be able to work both independently and in a team.
