  1. Develop and maintain data reporting tools and systems to track key performance indicators and provide insights for decision making.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data and reporting requirements.
  3. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Create and present data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of reported data.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate data sources and reporting processes to identify and address any issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and reporting techniques.
  8. Train and support end-users on how to use data reporting tools and systems effectively.
  9. Work with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  10. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or issues with data and reporting to management.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to data and reporting systems.
  12. Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving data and reporting processes.
  14. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
  15. Complete other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proficiency In Sql, Tableau, And Other Data Analysis And Visualization Tools.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
