At Charter Communications, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team of Customer Support Technical Representatives. As a Customer Support Technical Representative, you will have the opportunity to serve our customers by providing technical and customer service support in a friendly and professional manner. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, who has a passion for helping others and excellent communication and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
