Job Description

Charter Communications is seeking an experienced Customer Support Technical Representative to join our team. This individual will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. Our ideal candidate is an organized problem-solver with a passion for customer service and a strong technical aptitude. If you have the drive to help customers, meet their needs, and contribute to our team, we want to hear from you! To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a customer service or technical support role, as well as a demonstrated understanding of computer hardware and software. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and a customer-focused attitude. You must be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively, and possess a strong sense of accountability.
