This individual will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a customer service or technical support role, as well as a demonstrated understanding of computer hardware and software.
