Job Description

Charter Communications is seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Supervisor to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining the highest standards of customer service for all Charter Communications customers. You must be able to effectively lead and motivate a team of customer service agents, while possessing excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a passion for customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to think quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
