Charter Communications is looking for an experienced Customer Service Billing Representative to join our fast-paced and collaborative team. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional, who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you are enthusiastic about problem-solving and have a strong empathy for customer needs, this role could be the perfect fit for you!To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, billing and/or collections, and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. A positive attitude and the ability to remain professional at all times are a must.
