- Develop and maintain strong relationships with multi-dwelling unit (MDU) and bulk clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for MDU and bulk clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges that may impact client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless delivery of services to MDU and bulk clients.
- Communicate with clients to gather feedback, assess their level of satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement.
