Responsibilities:

  1. Provide an exceptional level of customer service to existing customers to retain their business.
  2. Ensure customers are aware of and understand the full range of Charter products and services.
  3. Handle calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
  4. Manage multiple customer service tasks at once.
  5. Troubleshoot customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Provide accurate information about Charter products and services.
  7. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
  8. Remain up-to-date on current promotions and product updates.
  9. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  10. Follow all company policies and procedures.
