Business Account Executive

We're looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Business Account Executive to join Charter Communications. Our ideal candidate is highly organized and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers and work closely with a team of sales and customer service professionals to best support our customers' business needs. To be successful in this role, you must have at least two years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. 8. Collaborate with other sales and customer service professionals to ensure successful customer outcomes.
9. Provide timely and accurate reports on customer service metrics and sales performance.
